At Soundscape Studios LLC, we value our clients and aim to provide high-quality digital marketing services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for purchases made through our agency.

1. Service-Based Refunds

Because our work involves strategy, planning, creative deliverables, and time-based services, most completed or ongoing digital marketing services are non-refundable.

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

Eligible Situations for Refunds

  • A payment was made by mistake or duplicated.

  • A service was paid for but not started at all by our team.

  • A technical issue on our platform caused you to be charged incorrectly.

If any part of the work has been delivered (such as designs, ad setup, consultations, branding, or other digital marketing services), the project is considered in progress and is not eligible for a full refund.

Partial refunds may be offered at our discretion if less than 20% of the project has been completed.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Completed services

  • Ongoing ad campaigns, even if paused

  • Logo/branding completed designs

  • Custom strategy plans already delivered

  • Third-party advertising budgets (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)

  • Subscription or monthly retainer fees after the billing period starts

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel future services at any time by contacting us.
Cancellations do not automatically qualify for a refund on past payments.

4. Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used.
